2026-03-20

Address: Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan

Area: 280㎡

Custom-designed for a Japanese client, this outdoor rope-net adventure playground combines active play with a nature-inspired design concept. The open layout and lightweight rope-net structures were developed to complement the surrounding woodland while creating a dynamic space for climbing, movement, and discovery.

The playground features a diverse mix of play elements, including honeycomb rope nets, multi-play towers, trampolines, hexagonal towers, obstacle challenges, slides, and hanging ball activities. Together, these components create varied play routes and challenges that encourage children to climb, balance, navigate, and explore.

A layered green color palette reinforces the connection with the surrounding trees, while the open mesh structure maintains clear sightlines and a light visual presence within the landscape.

The finished playground delivers a balanced combination of physical activity, interactive play, and visual appeal, creating a distinctive outdoor attraction that adds value to the site while preserving its natural character.
